Terms of use

These terms govern use of the LE GEEK RIDER route planner. They are not legal advice; have them reviewed for your jurisdiction if you operate commercially.

Operator

The service is operated by The operator of the LE GEEK RIDER website and service. See Legal notice and Privacy.

The service

The planner is provided "as is". Maps, routing, and timings depend on third-party data and may be inaccurate or unavailable. You are responsible for safe riding and complying with local traffic laws.

Device storage

Device storage: Route data and planner state are stored in your browser on your device. Clearing site or app data, using another browser or device, or losing local storage may remove routes. We do not guarantee recovery of files in those cases. Keep backups of GPX files you download.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data on your device, or reliance on route suggestions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date below will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
