The service
The planner is provided "as is". Maps, routing, and timings depend on third-party data and may be inaccurate or unavailable. You are responsible for safe riding and complying with local traffic laws.
Data and backups
Accounts and saved routes: When you sign in, saved routes are stored with your account on our systems. Session data: Your current planning session (waypoints and map state) may still live in your browser until you refresh or leave. Clearing site data or using another device may affect what you see locally. Keep backups of GPX files you download.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The operator of the LE GEEK RIDER website and service is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data on your device, or reliance on route suggestions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date below will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
